In recent years, Nyingchi City in Xizang has witnessed rapid development in the tea industry, thanks to its unique natural conditions. This year, Nyingchi City has achieved a bumper harvest in spring tea picking, with a total of 646,600 kilograms of fresh tea leaves harvested, generating a production value of 36.8562 million yuan. These figures represent year-on-year increases of 3.7% and 13%, respectively. The tea industry has driven income growth for over 4,300 households involving 14,600 farmers and herders, amounting to an additional income of 38.3567 million yuan.
